Looking for choices..like the new Techart and the FVD (seen it here but can't find it on their web site) Don't really want carbon -like ROTEC since I feel it is likely to be cracked with any impact......The OEM 2007-08 997 GT3/aero spoilers seem so reasonably priced and replaceable...isnt there something like that for the regular 997.2 front?

 

ROTtec's choices are very elegant and not so pricey as in full bumpers. I got one from Canada for my guards red 997.1, and receiving compliments ever since. I like to keep things and mods simple.

 

Eatbreathedrive, Thanks for the input. I do like the simple look of the ROTtec spoiler...price is not too bad ($680-780, I think?) Cheaper and somewhat more restrained than the Techart II ($1472) There are two Speedart spoilers, one the SRSII that like an add on flat strip of plastic (for $972) and the other SRS 420 which reminds me of the treatment on the new Sport Classic -nice- but at $1931 its a little crazy. I do worry about the ROTtec carbon being damaged from scrapes and that perhaps unlike other materials it would easily be totaled......is this a real concern?

 

havnt seen RoTec offer any products for the 997.2 yet...just checked their website and nothing on there either...only thing theyve got its the headlight rings and the mirror covers...but as far as front lips,rear diffusers, etc I havnt seen them offer anything yet for the 997.2

 

We're working on 997.2 lip and will have updates shortly. Some pics from test fitting!

 

For 997.2, we have roof spoiler, headlight covers and mirror inserts instock

CF front lip price was projecting at $700-800. Rear diffuser are also in process!

Actually this is our new CG style front lip we offer for 997.1. We're going to modify the mounting points and make it fit with 997.2 front bumper. It can be done with some changes.
