To all who have helped guide me over the past several months, I say "thank you". A special shout out to Yarrlis1 and JmanE55 for all their help along the way. How awesome is it that a member 2500 miles away was willing to stop by an indi dealer to put a set of eyes on a car I was considering, then taking it for a test drive and report back on the results? WOW!! Or another willing to provide their perspective on several car deals and telling me to hang in there and wait a little bit longer for the 'right' deal? Have patience - you'll find the right one. An excellent Porsche enthusiast friend.

So, here I am sitting at home with a brand new 2009 Carrera S sitting in the garage. Say what?!? Too hard to believe - will have to pinch myself several times over the next few days! An incredible feeling.

Yeah, it is a great feeling. I love popping my head in the garage and checking her out, sometimes even just hanging in the seat w/ the tunes on. You will become addicted to driving it. I have had a 3rd car / toy, since 02' and changed it a couple times. This is my first 911 and by far the greatest experiance to date.

I Have to tip my hat to your how well you reseached the purchase looking at the various available cars, how the market fluctuated over time , considering the options, the prices and regions. I remember the first e mail months ago when you almost bought a car that was real nice BUT not as nice as the one you got.

I had always wondered when you would get that Porsche 911 and now it's yours .
You have waited long enough and now you can rest well knowing that it all worked out for the best .
