Alright Drove the car for a day and here are my impressions so far:

raspier and with a tiny bit more grunt. not loud at all, no drone, and honestly its totally worth it. i think that the only thing that i need is a center muffler delete to add a little more sound into the mix. i already have the fabspeed intake and it works well with the hack. Again ill try my best to upload a video with some decent sound quality (looking for a cam) .

Some pics on he subject. It's a shame that the warranty in the muffler will be gone. Given the turbulence created by this hack, don't doubt that PCNA will deny warranty coverage of the engine as well. They don't need much of an excuse to do that, has little logic more economics.
The X pipe or primary delete are at least reversible...

I asked a local manager and his answer in the subject was at least vague " I can't guarantee" but his dealership is famous for being hard to deal with...

Have you had any luck getting a video of your GUNDO hack on your 997.2? I am really looking forward to hearing that, especially if you are adding an X-Pipe.

my comment was from the dealership themselves after i insisted they contact PCNA on the subject since PCNA is the person that supplies and is the final say on warranty claims.

they said, after the cats=fine because they understand owners will mod their cars... mess with the cats and they will notice and they will deny engine claims because it does effect the engine.

I had the "hack" done on my '08 C2S Like others, I bought a set of take off OEM mufflers and hacked those, in case I need to switch it back, which I wiill NEVER do. It sounds phreaking awesome, and in fact, so good, that several GT3 owners have complimented the sound when we were at the track. Its an easy MOD, and makes perfect sense given the cost

it's always hard to tell from a video, especially if there is no before and after video to compare. It certainly "sounds" better than my memory of a 997.2 standard exhaust however compared to my 997.1 it doesnt "sound" as "raspy". Something to do with the new DFI engine/ cats I suppose.
Well done nevertheless. Thanks for posting.

You are correct, its not as raspy. It does add more grunt to the sound though.

I agree, it doesn't sound as deep or raspy as the 997.1 HACK. Maybe adding the center muffler delete (either X-Pipe or Crossover Pipes) will give it the added volume I think it needs. Hope you do that and do another video. Thanks for all you have done on this subject.
