If you're talking about the speakers on the doors, the leather covering can only be ordered as an OEM option via Porsche Exclusive when ordering a new car.
An after market leather shop could craft them for you. But note that that Porsche doesn't sell the door speaker grills separately - only with the entire door panel. Which means the entire door panel would need come off, the speaker grills removed, then covered in leather and finally reinstalled via plastic welding. It's very pricey to get it done after the fact, but possible.
OTOH, the stitched leather speaker cover on the dash, in the middle of the defroster vents, can be ordered by your dealer or other Porsche OEM part sellers like Suncoast.

There are two aluminum shifters and I don't recall the option code (but I can look it up ) but this one is made with real aluminum . It matches real nice with the rennline pedals too. I bought it from Tequipment --it's the shifter and brake . After thse pics I had the center console painted to the same color as the door handle.

Nope. I checked with Suncoast, they can only be ordered when optioned for a new car. You might be able to find an after market solution.
