I have chance to buy a set of '07 C4S mufflers that have the Gundo Hack modification, and looking for information on be installing on my '08 C2. I found out the C2S has a larger diameter end pipe when I installed the tips on my C2. Is it feasible to install the wide body muffler on my C2? your input will be appreciated.

 

Other than the end of the pipe the tips clamp to (as you discovered), the mufflers are the same dimensions - same mounting points etc.

 

Seriously just buy the AWE exhaust. You know thats not going to work, you will have wasted your money and its going to be nothing but grief and aggravation!!!!
Why would you want 2nd hand parts on your car? thats ridiculous.
