Twin turbo kits for 997 and 996 models
Finally was able to get on the dyno to do our test run. The car ran great although has some room for a little more tuning. The power output was great as well. Should be able to improve upon it as this was just under 5 psi. We plan on running 6. Also will be testing on some boost enhancements to get all the boost by 2000 rpm. It should be pretty *****in

Is it really safe? Or was it a GT3 car?
I'm not an expert, but those curves look a little rough. Is this on your GT3?
Also, it looks like there's a good amount of turbo lag until they kick in at around 4200rpm. How are you going to try to bring that to 2000rpm? Is that do-able?
Looks like your peak torque is at 360, but only for 10rpm, then it drops down relatively significantly and roughly? Would you recommend such setup on a car that sees road track several times a year?
I'm not trying to be rude, but I am debating between your kit and TPC kit for my 996 C2. I just want to find out all the info before I make my final decision.

Ivan,
Thank you for your detailed response through PM. Unfortunately, I have to have a few more posts in order to be able to PM you, thus my response through the thread.
I do participate in DEs, thus the questions on your dyno results. I just may take up on your offer to visit your shop, probably in spring/summer. I look forward further updates in development of your kit and wish you the best.

Thanks for your interest again and I will keep you inform. Also look in the 996 forum as well. There is a thread going there as well. Thanks for the wishes.

I wanted to stop by and toss up a post regarding my ride in the 996GT3TT. I'm shocked to say the least, the power throughout the curve is very similar to that of a 996TT with 16/16Gs. Benefit is the GT3 being a bit lighter and better twisty platform and it showed as Ivan pushed the car around some turns to give me a good feel of how it reacts under boost.
Ivan is close to completing a 997GT3TT and I’m very interested in knowing how and what the 997 will deliver now.
Great guy and he takes the time to explain things and sure does know his stuff.
