I've only heard of Gt3's and Turbos . In fact they are not standard on either and have to be ordered as an option. Early Gt3's did not have them and much like PDK cars launced lacking sport chrono -- gotta wonder --what were they thinking?

I think its a very cool feature BTW. I wish my cars had them.

I agree that they are very cool, but I don't think they can be retrofitted. If you are looking for something different on your car for the track, you could go to solid engine mounts.

WEVO has semi-solid motor mounts available. Around $200 each & 2 needed. Solid mounts are apparently not recommended for a street car.

As per the rennlist GT3 thread, the dynamic engine mount parts are available to purchase (almost $2K!). The question is which cars will they fit? There are two issues here, the parts themselves and the wiring/switching. Most unlikely that 997.1 cars have the wiring.

Another question, assuming that they are activated with the sport setting, is if you want to have the stiff suspension damping always with harder engine mounts.

It may very well be that dynamic motor mounts can be installed in any 997, but practicality and cost effectiveness need to be considered.
