I am considering a 997 or 997S until the 997 turbo comes out. Which of these 2 will have better potential for performance modifications? The base 997 can be supercharged so I could most likely have the power I want until the 997 turbo comes out. I know orton said they will have 400 hp for the 997 S soon but that still isn't as much as evo is getting on the 997 as they have 470 hp.

Is the base 997 with supercharger the best way to go?

 

Found out evo has a 997s supercharger in the works in case anyone was wondering. That changes things a bit.
