Window Squeak...

When opening the passenger door on my 05 997S the window sqeaks when opening and closing. The window seal looks very dry and I suspect is the reason...is there any type of seal conditioner I could put on there to get rid of the squeak???

Worse case I replace the seal, it drives me nuts....

be careful with rubber molding dressings because they can cause you to get streaks up and down your window for months! Each time you open and close it smears. First check to see if there are no bugs or tar/sap in the seal junction. Use some warm water with a bit of dishwashing liquid to remove the debris. Then check to see if there is still the surface layer of felt-like material where the seal touches the glass. If it is gone, you may need new seals.

Einszett's Gummi-Pflege is your answer.
It's the best product I've used for keeping rubber seals moist and flexible. Best stuff around, although rarely in stock anywhere:

You can also try to spray a towel with silicone and wipe it on the top edge of the window (not the rubber seal). Let it dry before closing the door so that it remains on the window and not the rubber.

Cattman, on the other hand, goes so fast with his SC, that the rubber seals are useless anyway!!

Just applied it today on my 997, makes the car actually quieter! Quite impressed.
