Apparently the issue is - Sudden Intended Acceleration.

It's very apparent in my car

Yep, I have it too. I'm going to call my dealer right away and get this taken care of at once before I get the urge to mess with another smart-a$$ 17-year-old-kid driving a new M3 that his parent bought him.

Easy fix though..just pull 3 of the spark plugs out..

Weird, it seems that almost EVERY car I get into seems to suffer from this issue...

Every 911 I have had has this issue. Tends to happen on on-ramps
