Anybody know where's the best place to try and swap out a lease on a '09 911 4S?

Swapalease.com seems like a good spot. Many leasing companies including Porsche Financial will still keep you on the lease as a guarantor, so beware.

Also post in FS section. Lease transfers are generally easy to do if leasing company allows it. As Chris-AZ says, some leasing companies will keep you on as a responsible party.

I used swapalease. As mentioned leasetrader is the other one.
