How much to add sat radio to 09/10 cars?
So far Porsche hasn't released a retrofit kit for the 2009+ vehicles, and it doesn't appear that it will be possible.

Honestly XM sucks. I have it but wouldn't renew. It's tons of commercials and moronic DJ's now. I just listen to my ipod. However I couldn't not be without the new touch screen PCM and universal audio interface.

I'm addicted to XM, our local FM stinks.

I just put one in mine, I'll post up some pics. I was having an escort 9500ci put in, and while they were in there, I goaded them into installing for me.
I bought a starmate 5, and the aux kit and hardwire kit. We put the antenna near the factory GPS location, and ran the aux cable back under the console and to the PCM aux input jack. The starmate5 is in the glovebox, I am going to try to mount it so I can remote control it with the glovebox open. I listen to 2-3 channels anyhow, rarely change them. Sound is good, costs were low. I can post up some pics later.

You should google it, it's Sirius's own universal receiver. It was about $100 off contract, $39 with. It has a 30 minute rewind, which is pretty cool too. Ugly as sin though, hide it like I did.
