Porsche Voted 'Coolest' Brand in U.S.

March 28, 2010 - Kelley Blue Book, a leading provider of new- and used-car information, announced today that Porsche has won three 2010 Brand Image Awards, including Coolest Brand, Best Performance Brand and Best Exterior Design - Luxury Brand. Porsche garnered more awards than any other brand this year.

Something, that we all already knew....right?

seeing as this is a Porsche (mainly) forum, should I ask why Ferrari and Lambo aren't considered cooler than Porsche?

Ferrari and Lambo is an open demonstration of 'extremely arrogant' wealth which is not appreciated by masses. Porsche is seen as somewhat reachable by middle class and does not generate such a hate wave as Lambo which is mostly out of reach for most and does not cause any warm feelings in souls of most people. People do not like somebody else`s success when it is openly demonstrated in such form, I guess. SAme story as with everything else.

Same reason why people do not usually vote for 'cool' factor of 300-600ft long ocean super-yachts.
