It still might be reasonable depending on what you are going to do with it and how long you are going to keep it. While the damage was significant a 10mph crunch could be all it was. A year ago my wife bought a Lincoln MKX that had had almost identical damage to what this one appears to have had for 20-25% under book. 10,000 miles later it drives fine and zero problems. We'll probably sell it in a couple of years and by then who cares about a 2009 accident report on a car with 35-40,000 miles?

Carfax info on what has happened since the accident would be interesting if you have it. Good Luck
