Where to look for Bilstein PSS10 in Canada

Looking for suggestions on where is the best place to order Belstein PSS10's for my 997 in Canada. Would prefer Canadian source to avoid brokerage and duty. Thanks,

You may want to be sure before you get them whether your car gets the PSS9 (instead of PSS10) . I think the base C2 requires that but I am not certain.

I've researched this and have been told that you can use PSS10's on a base carrera by several retailers.

Would however like to have this confirmed by someone who actually has them put them on a 997 C2.

If you're interested in a quote, let me know! We just sold another kit going to BC yesterday for an M3 actually.
Yes, I would be interested. Please email me a quote.

^so you feel your car slightly "inadequate" after autocrossing? I thought you did pretty well out there. Maybe I'll see you at the track some time.

Yup, apart from my driving, need a bit more help from the car's suspension. Talked to John at MCL and he recommended Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires also. He said with the stiffer sidewalll, I'll get a bit better turn in and the car will handle better. Do you know of any track event on Friday June 11th ?

Personally I don't like the MPSC's, in the rain they are scary, in the dry they are OK, plus they are very expensive. What size wheels do you have?

Morrisport is doing a day on the 11th at Mission, as per the thread on the local PCA forum.

I have 19X8 front and 19X11 rears. Just signed up for the June 11th Track event with Morrisport through the link from PCA forum. What tires do you recommend for track/street use. This is car is my toy so it won't be driven daily. Thanks,

I'll be the first of many to say get 18" wheels. Tires are MUCH cheaper and have been found to perform better.

I am going to suggest moton street sport for coil over. They're a little more than the pss9/10 and kw but are the real deal. Paragon performance (authorized Canadian moton distributor) can get them for you.

I would look at the Toyo 888, or the Pirreli Corsa System, or if you want more of a street/track tire, I hear a lot of people saying the new Yokohama AD08 is great for street, track wet or dry.

If you go 18" you have more options for tires, price wise is close to the 19" although a little lower in costs.

the end of the day, you need to decide what you want out of your tires, as there is no one perfect solution.

On another note, guy in a gt3 running mpsc at track this weekend didn't improve his times over his AD07s and he is fast!

I vote for R888 as I have heard nothing but praise about them.

Are the R888 Porsche approved tires ? I understand Porsches are tuned for certain sidewall stiffness.

I have the KW V3s installed few weeks ago. Really enjoying it, but I have yet spend any time on the track yet.

Let me know if you have question about the ride or if you want to feel how it rides... I had the same dilemma when I was shopping for coilovers, a ride in the actual car really helps to give you a better idea of what's suitable for your taste.
