2006 C4 Coupe

My windows have forgotten where to stop and start when opening the door.

I open the drivers door and it dops like normal but return to the top of the travel when I release the door handle ie: door still open

Is there there a way to reprogram them myself. I know how to do it on Ford porduct ( hold switch for 5 seconds after reaching the limit of travel)

 

Mine did that when I had the battery replaced. They sorted themselves out pretty quickly. I was called the dealer to have them re-set and when I got to the dealer 30 minutes later they were working fine again. Start the car and open the doors a few times.

manually lower windows all the way down then raise it al the way up.
if after that it still misbehaves and does not lift up automaticaly - check with a dealer.

 

When raising all the way up, you need to hold the button up for a couple of seconds to lock in the "up" limit position.
