Targa trunk same as C4?????
I'm considering a wing but not sure what fits on a Targa...
The Targa is base on the convertible so is it a convertible or C4 trunk?? Or is there even a difference?
Anything you know will help...

There may be a difference on the convertible or targa (but I don't believe so), but the coupes: C2, C4, C2S, C4S, and Turbo, GT3, GT2, and GT3RS all have the same physical shape to the engine cover opening and hinge points. The extra width of the 4 wheel drive cars (C4, C4S, Turbo) and the GT3RS comes from the fenders and bumper cover only. There are people on this list who have installed a wing off a turbo on a C2 - a very nice looking upgrade. Other than wiring and some space around the air filter box for the actuators it is a bolt on replacement.
The challenge on a convertible is that any wing must not interfere with the actuation of the tonnau (sp?) cover when the roof is going up and down.
I don't believe this is an issue with a targa.
