At first glance I like the fact you don't have to drill into the car, but on second glance it looks a bit bucktoothed. No offence, perhaps in a full car picture it would not make me think like that though. Love the Carrera white.

Better than some, but I'd still pay the tickets before I did this to my 997.

Caly -- It's a step in the direction of dimishing problems . Even a rear tag is ugly but those are the rules .. and at least you get any more tickets.

I think it was a wise decision.

You know you can use the tow-hook kit to just bolt right in place as seen here:

Oh you'd be surprised, as I said in another thread, i have been pulled over for this and 60% vis front windows (Not too excessive. Back is limo though). Got pulled driving through the Tenderloin one time, probably thought i was a drug dealer. Perhaps if i had only 1 of these two potential flags i'd be in the clear, but i do worry when i see Johnny law drive by.

I was looking at a c2s yesterday on a dealer lot that had very tinted windows and no front plate and discussed with a sales rep, he said he'd never heard of anyone getting pulled over for that. Heck, most dealer cars don't have front plates. Always better to play it safe though and i am looking into bent brackets for mounting a front plate.

Here is a thread where I used Earth magnets to hold the front plate on!
So far I have managed to test it to over 120 mph........and it stays PUT....but takes less than a second to pull it off when you feel the need!
