did I just Blow dry my Porsche ?

After reading several detail post over the years, I finally decided to blow dry my car.

Not wanting any of my neighbors see me blow dry my car, I waited until no one was looking.

Then…
ZOOOM … WOW … the car looks perfect.

Not only did it take ¼ the time it took ZERO effort.

Here in our Texas 100 degree heat, im usually sprinting three times around the car with two micro fiber towels trying to eliminate drying spots.

This blow dryer left NO spots, took ZERO effort and I was completed in ¼ the time.

For anyone who hasn’t tried this before, it’s a MUST DO.

Check out my FREE blow dryer (it was in the junk pile) I plugged it in and away it went.

Is that a gas operated leaf blower? I recommend using an electric leaf blower. That's what I use. Less chance of getting fuel/oil sprayed on the car.

Aint no's question a dumb question.... Yep, its a old leaf blower I shortened.
I was going to see how it worked before I bought a REAL auto dryer ... But wait ... it worked so well, im going to keep using it for a while.

gadgetman, it is a Electric leaf blower, my gas is WAY to big and heavy. But great advice about the fuel/oil spray.

MattAu, I dont know what to say .. Wouldnt that be just my luck... my leaf blower burns down my house

Yep, great way to dry the car. Some gas leaf blowere vent the engine exhaust into the air stream. You do not want this type to blow dry your car.

I have toyed with the idea of getting an auto-dryer... might give it some more thought!

I've been doing this for years. 1st with a simple Toro electric leaf blower and now with a Black n Decker battery powered leaf blower.

I just used my electric leaf blower today to dry the car.

Just make sure you dont suck up and dirt or grit or else you are going to sandblast your paint.

Also have to be careful not to scratch the car with the blower.

I have been using my Master Blaster for the past year, it's incredible! Paired with my CR Spotless, I never get a single water spot!
