Do you know this front bumper ?

Hello everybody,

do you know this front bumper ?
It's available now in Europe "Tequipment" for the 997 gen 2.
I don't know his number of code nor his price. Can it be fitted on any 997 ?
I find that it resembles very extremely that of the Sport Classic bumper with an other lip.
What do you think about it?

The stripes on that Porsche remind of a Balboni.

It is not exactly the same, but we can put a sport classic lip spoiler on to make it basically identical.

Vincent,

You found a great looking bumper. I'm a newbie, but have never seen that before. IT IS AWESOME!!!

***Ryan, can this be retrofitted to a 997.1? Including the lights?*** Please PM if you have info especially price.

I am sure with enough modification it can fit a 997.1. It is a fairly new bumper so we do not have any customers that have installed it on a gen 1, but then again we have seen crazier bumper swaps done here on 6speed.

Porsche does make it clear that it is for 09+ cars only...

Not to go to far off topic but those stripes are nothing like the Balboni. Those are simply twin stripes. The Balboni is one large stripe with the right edge (when facing the car) painted in gold.

It is the same bumper. Both are Tequipment, but the Sport classic has a lip on it. So yeah what Suncoast said

^ Ahhh, yes. New Rims. All the rims I want are $3000+. Tough for me to do that right now considering I like my current rims. Also, I need a set of ultra light-weight 18" rims for autocross and DE events more than I need a new set of 19" rims.

But yeah, rims are on the list. Just way down on the list. :-)
