Thats my dilemma too my friend!
I probably have a little higher budget than you but i am still trying to convince myself that a 30K mile 997tt is like new with proper documentation and can be compared with a less than 5000K mile 09 C2S...
Coming from a turbo car, it will be difficult to go back to a NA car...
I think it all comes down to service documentation, receipts, and a detailed check by a Porsche Dealer

c2s man. vs turbo w/ tip ?
I didn't notice the driveline spec and I'd suggest that becomes important. Also no warranty with 39k on the clock ? Was the turbo an early '07 ? At $65k (looks like a great price) there must be other rides available that provide some security; or get the dealer to CPO as others suggested. If the turbo is a trip I wonder about the long term service for the trans. (though there are many tiptronic's with higher mileage).
