enthusiastic +1. i wouldn't trade my 911 for anything, but i live in an urban jungle and don't have the coin it sounds that you do. there is a 458 italia in the ferrari showroom 3 blocks from my office and i trek out in the cold once a week just to ogle it.

By the way, any other recomendations are welcome, but keep in mind I really only want a trio with a Ferrari Porsche and Merc.

-

if you have total freedom in prices - i would consider a proper dedicated race car for a track.

then, depending of what you drive - i believe 3 cars set should be a street sport 2 seater rocket, a roomy extra luxury sedan and a track car.

for street sport i would keep 997.2 TT PDK as it is not very flashy and reasonably stealth so you can actually drive it without gathering a small crowd at every stop you make. sorry, i am not a ferrari or lambo fan. they are flashy of course so if you are looking for an attention or want to concourse them - why not.

for luxury sedan - look at what brabus makes, if they are still around. I tried driving one long time ago when i used to know people who could afford such toys and it is was very comfortable - a turboed v12 merc 6xx series. or if you need more style without bulletproofed windows - rolls, bentley, or aston martin.

for real track car - look at ariel atom 500 v8, also Caterham, SRF, Radical etc.

If you are really stuck on the Turbo get it. On the Mercedes side have you thought about a CLK Black Series? Make the Turbo a cab and the CLK the track car.

997 GT2 - if this was one of my cars and not my only sports car then yes, a GT
997 Turbo S
SL63 AMG
F458 just because I have to have at least one one Ferrari
S55 for work
Aston Martin (unsure which one, but definitely a convertible)
Cayenne Turbo in case I need to hit a dirt road or bad weather
Corvette ZR1 because it's a dangerous monster
R8

My thoughts, not in any particular order:

Do-able...
GT2 RS or RT12 .... because Sir can
GT3 RS (any or all)/RGT ... road/track ******
SCUD or ASCARI .... something different
997 C4S (X51) .... NA all the way, top down and leave you hair behind
S65 .... daily driver, shut out the world and leave the traffic behind
Bentley ... good looking models (only know Porsches, the rest don't matter)

Dream-able ...
CGT .... most beautiful car ever built (why are they only LHD?)
Enzo .... machine built for purpose (why are they only LHD?)
SLR .... the sound, like Thor hitting his finger with his mallet

Note to seriously rich, this is a mandatory collectors core stable

Certifi-able..
GT1 .... the best engine known to man, history
917 .... history (scripture stuff), iconic, insane^2
962 .... thoroughbred (Phar Lap, Black Beauty or any other champion horse you know)
