Looks great. Was the customer's interior 2 tone of full terracotta (I'm not sure that's even a standard option?

 

From my observations, full terracotta is much more prevalent than 2 tone. I prefer the 2 tone, with deviating (black) carpets as well.

I am looking for a thicker (and possibly smaller circumference) version of my wheel (see pic), while keeping the cocoa color.

Anything you can do there?

 

Thicker -- possible
smaller --we build all our wheels on top of OEM cores, so, can not!
Cocoa color: ... then we have to purchase another new leather, each time we bought the minimum material Qty is good enough to make 16 steering wheels .... and we usually have orders like 1 or 2 for these rare colors
