A bit frustrated (wheels related)

So I got a set of iforged swift's sitting in my garage for about 3 weeks now. I could not mount them on b/c one wheel was missing a valve stem, had to wait two weeks to get it from iForged. Got it on Friday so I had the tire/wheel mounted and balanced yesterday. Got excited and ready to install them but found out it had 5mm spacers. Removing the spacer isn't a problem but I need shorter wheel bolts and shorter countersunk screws (M6x12). That really ruined my day, wanted to mount them on my car already.

In summary I need

A set of shorter wheel bolts part number 996.361.203.02, I was wonder if these http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...=997S_wheelacc from suncoast works? It requires a special key to (un)mount, which is good.

4 shorter countersunk screws (M6x12) part number 900.269.047.09 which I saw here http://dcauto.gotdns.com:4000/illust...ndex/841219972

Anything else I need before I place my order?

No one, I find it hard to believe everyone here is riding on OEM wheels I think I got it right, just need confirmation so I can place my order.

Why do you need the short counter sunk screw? From what I can tell it is the one that is used to told the rotor in place.

As for wheel looks, forget about them. More of a PIA then they are worth, use 5 wheel bolts and you will be fine.

I need shorter counter sunk screws b/c the longer ones were also used to hold the 5mm spacers in place I believe.

Not too painful when you leave the key in the car, I have it on my benz and it doesn't really cause any problems for me. I assume those one from suncoast works.

I see, I don't use the extra bolt to hold my spacers in place, and the screw isn't vital. You could buy the ones that you pointed out, you could cut the existing ones down with a dremel, or you can go without any. The Wheel bolts do the work of holding the rotor in place.

That's what I had assume as well, the screws are $1.25 each so I might as well order them since I will have to wait for the wheel bolts anyway. I just want to make sure there isn't anything else I missed so that I can order all at once. Thanks

Just order them from Suncoast, that way you are only waiting for one shipment.

I guess I'm lucky where I live. I've never had an issue with anyone bothering/stealing my wheels. I've always removed the locking bolts and replaced them with standard bolts.
