Keep your car.
Take $1,000 and have your car detailed (maybe buy a new set of oem wheels as well)...this will give the effect of having a new car. Take the remaining $21,500 and invest it. With this amount of money, you can probably cover maintenance and repairs for life (or at least a very long time). Besides, once the new car is a little dirty you'll wonder why you spent $22.5k for the identical car. The small difference between the .1 and .2 will disappear after a couple months of driving.
