Hey
I am going to pick up my new (to me) '09 C4S PDK in Chicago next week or the week after. ROAD TRIP YA!!! They have Hankook Ventis V12 tires on Fuchs 19" wheels. I need to get a grip on the road on the way home to Canada. Anyone know where I can pick up some winters in Chicago. Ideally I would liek to buy 18" wheels and tires but will settle for 19" to go on the Fuchs.

Can anyone help here in me finding some product in Chicago area?

Cheers

Easy thing to do is to order a set of winter tire / wheel set from tirerack and then send them to your dealer so they can put them on for you. They can stuff your stock wheels / tires into the same boxes and ship them to you. Problem solved.

The rear tire for our car's size: 295/30R19 is hard to come by so order early.

I am always happy with tire rack

Good prices even if you include the shipping, duties, taxes to Canada

I have a 09 997 C2S Cab. We get just enough snow fall in the DC metro area to make it necessary to mount winter tires from Nov to March. I ordered 19 Pirelli Winter 240 Sottozero Serie II N1 from Tire Rack. I'm very happy with them. Good performance in the normal 2-3 inches of wet snow that we get here two to three time each winter.
