franki68 is infamous around these parts
the r8 r-tronic is uttelry appalling though,more of a hindrance than an aid.
the gen 1 c2s was pretty identical in perfromance to an r8 so no suprise to see a gen 2 with pdk trounce it.

I straight line race my brothers 997.1 turbo all the time. It very close until you get to 125 mph where the turbo starts to edge you out.
