2011 C4S Exhaust, decisions, decisions
Just purchased a 2011 C4S with PDK. Car did not have Performance Sports Exhaust but am considering having it added. I am also considering the Tubi system and Sharkwerks bypass system (muffler). Any input would be appreciated. Would also like to know if anyone in the Chino Hills, CA area happen to have either the Tubi system or Sharkwerks bypass that i could hear in person?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I personally wouldn't go the PSE route. The added weight, minimal sound difference, along with the cost (parts and labor) just aren't worth it IMO. I'd get a nice Tubi setup or one of the other companies out there. It's one thing if it came with PSE, but to add it after the fact doesn't make as much sense.

the factory sport exh is a waste, no performance advantage . The best and cheapest is the Agency Power with xover pipes and free flow mufflers for about $1600

I know you didn't ask about either of these options but I have cargraphic headers and techart cat back and my car sounds incredible. Just letting you know there are other options out there...
Thanks for all the input guys.... I am certainly open to any and all suggestions... I seem to be leaning towards Tubi for now as it seems most are saying the Sharkwerks alone is not much of a difference from stock. Just trying to find that perfect cat back application that is not TOO loud, but a great tone and noticeably louder....
I like my PSE (came that way). It's made by Eisenmann. However, for my car if it hadn't come with the car I'd piecemeal it. PSE mufflers and tailpipes, X51 headers, 200 cell x-cats.
I plan to swap to X51 headers next. Then if I want more noise I'll go for a 200 cell x-cats (probably will anyway for the extra torque). PSE has a nice sound all on its own.

carsonK -- imo, without first listening to the exhaust in person, you're more or less rolling the dice on whether you'll be satisfied. i made that mistake until i finally ended up (very!) happy through trial and error... bit too much time and money later. better to audition the talent before hiring!
i understand KonaKai.. the trick is arranging the audition.. Perhaps i can arrange a So California exhaust sample rally. If anyone in the So Cal area has a nice cat back set up they love and would care to show i would love to come hear it! Leaning toward Tubi or Agency Power system at present!!
Keep the input coming guys, greatly appreciated!

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking form, but if you want to hear the Fabspeed bypass, I have a short video on it.
