Lime Rock April 1st DE - snow now?

I wish it would be a fools day joke...

Are there here anybody who were going to attend April 1st event at Lime Rock with CT club?
Weather.com shows freaking SNOW showers now.

I question my sanity of attending this event... Rain at mid 30s is hardly managable but snow, I just don`t know what`s the point, it probably will be a total waste of time as it will be way too slippery there?

I have DE at NJMP in a couple weeks and have been thinking about the same thing given the recent weather.

I wouldn't enjoy a track day under even the slightest snowy conditions and would just be worried the whole time about catastrophe. Not worth it -- we have all season ahead of us.

registar says event will be held rain/snow no matter what unless Lime Rock says it is unsafe... I cannot see how it can be safe with snow on a track, but, well, it figures.

I will probably get there if they will not cancel, do a couple of sessions and will head home mid-day. it is all pre-paid and non-refundable and I just hate to dodge a season opener, I dodged last season closing as it was with kinda same conditions - pouring rain in low 40s... Honestly I am more concerned of a driving to that track than about driving on track itself. Will see.
