I totally agree!! I use a guy that I learned a lot from. I had safelite replace the glass on my Escalade years ago and I experienced water leaks on the sides of the glass. Shortly after I realized the issue and called a independent guy named Joe Caffery Glass and he showed me all the mistakes safelite made. Now I only use this guy, and I Reccommend this guy if you live in the NJ/PA area.
