well, it is a beginning of new potentially vicious cycle - i have done my first permanent damage to interior today as i got brey-krause bar in. it may not end up nice.

also, another new little discovery, of many more little silly things to find out - apparently special racing high shoes exist for a reason - they position your foot at optimal angle so it is way way harder to miss heel&toe movement. with my lack of practice I was hitting floor quite often during this h&t technique - high shoes are fixing foot at close to 90 deg angle so it makes everything much more precise. quite nice.

ps. amazing how BB manages to make such a crappy pictures even at good lightning and using its own flash.
