New GTS
Hi.
I have really been enjoying my new (3 months now) Panamera Turbo, but I still missed a sports car...and the opportunity to get one came up...a 2011 white/black Carrera GTS coupe, manual transmission. I LOVE this car...it has a carbon shifter, door sills, and dash trim. It has the heated/ventilated seats, sports chrono, multifunction wheel, Bose, XM and sports suspension/LSD. What a fun car...totally different experience than a Panamera, and I love both equally.

thanks...I am a lucky guy...and the Cayenne Turbo (mostly the wife's DD)...3 of Porsche's best (for us)...fast, fun, so different.
A few weeks back, my dad came to visit, and I handed him the key to the Cayenne Turbo and I took the Panamera turbo and we found some twisties and had some fun...early in the morning (about 6 am) and then switched cars...a little follow the leader...he was grinning ear to ear...his next visit will be even more fun with the 911.

Looks great !!!!! That's a very nice combination of cars to enjoy the So Cal scenery .

If you think my current garage is clean, I will post pictures when I am done this week with the next phase of garage upgrades...this is a photo of my friend's garage (he has awesome cars) and I am copying his granite floor...I absolutely fell in love with it...work starts this morning!

GTS looks great! I guess the question is: which brings bigger smiles to your face: GTS or PTT???

I actually drove both yesterday for different reasons...GTS is new, so that was fun, and a stick...so more involving, but PTT is soooo fast and direct, like a freight train! Great fun on Sunset Blvd here in LA...especially on a Sunday with minimal traffic.

i love the GTS.. but why didn't u get the turbo ?
ur stable shows Panarama Turbo, Cayenne Turbo, and Carrera non-turbo ?
BTW, the granite flooring.. as beautiful as it is.. is for high-end cars or museum piece, IMHO.
i personally like the checkered floor for sports cars..
ur friend has a gorgeous collection of cars !
