997.1 LED Tail Lights - Dectane
^ The passenger side light is a bit off at the "pointy edge" where the light meets the side of the body, really hard to tell but it does come up bit, not 100% flush with the car. The driver side is perfect.
I emailed Frank about the issue...no response yet. Maybe he can exchange the passenger side out for me. It really does not look bad...but we all want perfection, right?

You know, my passanger is just a slightsly off too... it is just slightly lower than it should be I think. However we are talking about fractions of an inch, but I saw it too. Wonder if it has something to do with the bracket that holds the light. Was thinking about playing with it... but it does not bother me enough to look for replacement... and I am extremely picky. I bet most people won't even notice once they put these on.

Just played with my passenger light. It is sitting right where it should be on the bracket. My lights are 100% flush. There are no issues. I think I may have had the light wiring bunched up and stuck underneath the light as I installed these the first time around.
Mihink: Check all your light assembly cables to make sure they are properly tucked away in the rear of the light cavity.

DirtyV,
Did you ever hear back from Frank at OT what purpose was for resistor box since you didn't end up needing it or installing it??
BTW, just checked DHL shipping status on mine and they landed in USA this morning so hopefully should have by mid week!

See posts 184 and 185.
In short: Spare resistor set is there just in case you have a year and model that may throw a light warning when attached resistors are not enough. If you have no light warning, then you don't need them.
My 2006 C4S needed the extra resistors to stop a 'Check Lamp' error. I plugged them into the white connector on the taillights, and no more messages.

looks really good..
