Could use some help with my new to me C4S.

The 6-disk cartridge on my CDC-4 CD changer in the frunk is not working right. The cartridge will not stay loaded. I insert the cartridge correctly, and push it down to lock, but the cartridge pops up immediately and will not stay loaded. Acts the same way whether cd's are present or not. Head Unit says 'cartridge not loaded' when I select cd.

Is this a known issue (new to Porsche), or is there a quick/fix (remove power, re-initialize somehow etc)?

Any ideas?
