997.2 bumper on an 2005 911 s

Hey Guys,

Was wondering if it is possible to install a bumper from a 2009 911 s onto a 2005 911s? If it is how difficult of an install is it?

i m sure it's possible.. but may be expensive.

i don't think it's a straight replacement.. i.e. u can't simply put on the new front bumper.

u might need to purchase additional parts behind the bumper.

and prob need some electrical work due to LEDs.

pm suncoast and i m sure they can assist u.

BTW, i also like the front end of the 997.2.. much more aggresive than the 997.1..IMO

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to order the parts and try it out. I will post some pics once the project is complete.

Talk to Neal at NRAUTO.COM. You can buy the LED lights from him. You will need to get the light configured for the 997.1 to 997.2. You may need a different conector to.
