Advice on Price.
Advice on Price.
I'm BAAAAACK lol...just asking for some help from the faithful here at 6speed.
Looking at a 2007 911s it's a private party sale and he was asking for a pretty high price compared to other 2007's but it's basically everything I am looking for and figured I would give him a market value offer. Hoping you guys can help me assess how much it is worth. I don't mind paying a bit more if the car is in super shape taken care of compared to some of these dealer cars.

sounds like a nice car, tho
talking out of my a$$ here, but i would think about $55k or less.
based on the fact that i bought my 07 c2s cab CPO with full leather for $65k last feb when the car had 14k miles
Low to mid 50s? A car equipped that way, I'd be most concerned that it's been tracked, especially given the mods. Get a DME scan. Very low milege also tends to translate to RMS issues be sure to inspect for seepage. Awesome equipment though, depending upon color.
Tasty looking car. With private sale and no warranty, I'm thinking low $50s as an initial offer but could see the sale being done in the mid $50s.
As a basis for the above, my 2007 is not nearly as well-optioned, and had similar miles but came with CPO warranty. Paid $51 three months ago.
Good luck!

Guy doesn't track it, asked him about that and of course will get a DME scan on it.
When I looked at KBB, Edmunds, and NADA they were all in the 63-64K range for this car optioned out with everything. So kind of wondering if I'm off on pricing.

If that car is 50-55K, Ill take one for a back up car. That car at dealers around here would be 65-68K+ including CPO. Private low to mid 60's, maybe high 50's no lower. Prices around here are pretty firm and this car seems like a nice build. Like I said, find me a similar car for <55K and Ill buy it tomorrow......
I have to disagree with the previous quotes. With that low mileage and those options I would think around $60K assuming clean PPI and DME. If you can get it for less than 60K, you're doing alright.

EDIT: Just showed the car to my friend who is a dealer. Said 65K would be the most he would pay for that car at this time. Because of options and how clean it is & 1 owner.

Sounds like a nice find. Are you looking at the additional cost of a warranty? IMO...the price you're considering should include a warranty. If it doesn't, research the cost and adjsut down accordingly. Some are comfortable with just a PPI pass, I wouldn't spend that coin without some coverage.

He said the warranty just went out last month or so but with 7K miles I guess I could call a dealership and see if they would CPO it but not sure how much that runs.
It's worth looking into CPO or aftermarket so you at least know the #'s. I hear various amounts from delears ranging from $2,500 and up. They will sometimes build in what they have to do to the car for the CPO, e.g. tires.
Anyway, again nice find. If I was going to buy an S it would have to be similarly optioned. Chrono, Aero Kit, Full Leather and Porsche Sports Exhaust.

You guys are crazy with you low 50's and mid 50's numbers, this is in the 60's easily, anything less would be a hell of a bargain in today's market. If this was a dealer's car with out CPO, would be mid 60's. CPO, and you are looking at mid to high 60's.
This is more in line with what I am finding after all the research I have done. I figured if I could get it in the lower mid 60's then I would be coming off pretty decent.
