Bluetooth standard on model year ____?

Anyone know what year bluetooth become a standard option (rather than an extra-cost upgrade)?

It was still a $695 option (code 619) in 2010 - not sure why you think Porsche would "give it away".

Sorry, should have realized with Porsche's nothing is standard and everything beyond a body and an engine is an option.

Because, if you pay $80k for a car, don't you think certain things should become standard? (For those that like lightweight cars, please don't try and convince us that bluetooth adds a lot of weight versus the safety it can offer)

I agree with your position... Why can't some things just come standard?

(you forgot seats)

I think you must be right, kkapoor. 2011. It's listed as an option on some dealer sites for 2011 cars. But it's not standard on the MY2010 ordering guide.

THANKS!
