Gundo Hack today (with removal and re-install)

I had the Gundo Hack done today at a local well established muffler shop here in Denver (Bud's Muffler). They removed the muffler, performed the Gundo Hack and put the mufflers back in for $225. I love the sound! Not too loud, but louder, gnarlier and more winding begining at 3,000RPMs! Here are some photos!

I really want to do this, but without knowing a reliable place to do it, I'm paranoid something will go wrong...

gunderiffic!

but sounds even better with headers, aftermarket intake/filter, and especially sport cats.

Gundo is the best sounding muffler out there, at any price. For the ultimate, mate that with AWE 200 cell sport cats.

What type of tubing did the shop use? It's hard to tell from the photo.

Does anyone have a video before and after Hack so I can hear the difference? The Fabspeed Muffler bypass seems a bit too aggressive.

Thanks! I really enjoy the throaty tone! It has a very exotic throatiness to it!

The weird thing is with the higher auditory feedback from the engine, I actually feel like the car is faster! I guess it makes sense because if the car was completely silent, there would be less sensory feedback to experience the performance. I now get tones at 3,000RPM, that I was not experiencing until close to 5,000RPM. A much better driving experience!
