I think I finally figured out where my tires went...
I had my last day at the track for this season a couple of weeks ago and just came around to cleaning up my car.
Stuck inside the wheels, I scraped about 296 grams of melted rubber... Granted that it was a 5 1/2 hours open track day with a lot of passing and running off the line but I never thought there would be that much rubber in there.
No wonder I was starting to feel some wheel vibrations at the end of the day!
