KW v3 settings?

I have them set mid way and it handles great on the track but I really don,t know if I should set them higher. I wanted to set it for the best traction. Any suggestions?

if you really want to know - best way is to get a lap timer, like aim solo that is reasonably priced, then you do a session with your regular settings, then you change your shocks and drive next sessions and compare your time.
if you are at the stage where you driving errors do not affect your time a lot anymore your suspension setup will show lap time diffs.

you do not want it too stiff as well as you do not want it too soft. if your settings are at half now - put them into 2/3rd next time and compare. then put them into 1/3rd and compare again. depending of how bumpy track is it may not neceserally mean that stiffer shocks will give you fastest lap times.

i found for myself driving on ra1/nt01 tires that JRZ shocks set close to max stiff do not hel me at all, may be my hands are not fast enough yet and lack of reaction time worsens lap times.
my best times are with front shocks set to mid somewhat for compression and 2/3rds rebound, rears set both rebound and compression to 2/3rds. sways are set front full soft, rear to half. work OK. for NHMS where we have severe bump going over endge with oval i dial compression a bit off, couple of clicks, seems to be enough top absorb that bump without taking car off the line. so i just set it to what feels comfortable and drive it like this.
