Novus is a nationwide franchise and an excellent product; cover the dmaged area immediately to ensure that it remains clean and you will be pleased with the results. Good luck.

So I wound up using Alternative Chip repair from NJ(chuck 973-519-2204) He was very professional and knowledgeable about these kind of repairs. After a hour of work(at my resident) i could hardly see where the chip was. I'm not sure you can see it from the photos . i highly recommend his service . Name: IMG_0907.JPG

Maybe Insurance policies vary state to state, but in CA glass is covered in Comprehensive coverage, not collision. Whatever the case, get right on it, and don't be afraid to ask for new glass if needed. I know we'd rather that not be necessary, but sometimes it is. I've had many chips over the years repaired in my sedans. it's amazing what they can do to save your glass, but the key is to get on it right away and get a pro on it. I've done the DIY routine a few times; and though they do keep the glass from cracking I've never had as good a results as a vendor will achieve that has all the right stuff.

Glad it was repaired well, and without having to replace the window.
