this debate is good and there might be a change in policy coming with the addition of a buyer/seller feedback section....that will keep flame threads from being all over the forum, which we would not like to see. It would also give a place for all members to look at ratings for members and vendors alike...knowing that there is a possibility of negative feedback may help with customer service
Chuck I love that idea! To the person who comment on Good Luck trying to deal with someone from Beijing, I guess you must think no one overseas speaks English? The person I have been speaking to speaks perfect English and has no problem communicating with me, especially since I swam here from Cuba many years ago!
Solution is easy Mr. Ray, send him a new shipment of seats and ask him to pay you if he is satisfied. I am sure he will because he paid upfront in the first instance. He trusted you. You lost his trust because goods arrived damaged and you didn't replace them promptly.
Now it is your turn to trust him and ship him new seats. Then, we all will know that you are a good trustworthy businessman. Or else.....

What is really sad about this entire thing is the fact that a thread like this had to be made to resolve anything with Ray. I have never received as many pms from Ray the entire 2 months I have been working on this then I have in the last 12 hours. Once this is completely resolved I will ask that the thread be locked, but keep my and others experience in mind when placing your order.
I wish I can post all the emails that I have exchanged with Bryant. but that's against the rules of the forum. I am here to offer anyone who really wants to know the truth of the this whole thing. Yes, this is my last 2 cents. I am tired of this guy Ray. He keeps coming up with new excuses everytime. Tiresome. Obviously a small time petty businessman. Stay off Rottec. I am buying from front DRLs from somewhere else.
