Got my DRL LED Lights, Pics.....

Well I installed my DRL LED lights Saturday and I must say they look great!! I'm really happy with them. I didn't get them from Rottech, I got them straight from Hong Kong for $550 shipped (took four days to get and came with 1 year warranty) and I must admit, it was a simple plug and play. I'm still torn on doing a 997.2 Front Bumper Kit update or going to a Aerokit Front Bumper Kit, still thinking......

BTW, No error messages and zero issues with fitment. If you get a error message, check your connections.

Do your lights come on when the engine is turned on? I saw a set from Hong Kong that said no additional module was needed, but it mentioned wiring them to the fuse box.....did you have to do this?

I installed and the DRL just came on, I installed just like everyone else, plug and play. No wiring needed. Only issue I can see but does not bother me is the color of the fogs must be 6000k and the OEM HID Lamps are 4500-5000k, light is a little different.

Wow, looks great! Do you have a pic of the color difference. I'm placing a order and I'm wondering if the headlights are going to look off.

any issues on warning lights ? i have 2 sets of errors after fitting (fitted drviers side first then passenger side)

1) When lights are off, i get a Left Indicator Error that appears and then disappears once you have used the indicator. Odd !!

2) More worryingly, is when i turn the light on on to side light, i get a Left Side Light Error and then Right Side Light Error, so the middle lights bar. The fog lights (LED strip) causes no additional errors and the Left Indicator error does not come on when the lights are on.

Any thoughts ? did you see anything similar ?

Ray @ ROTtec aware and trying to help.

Are these Dectane lights? I thought the only two reputable manufactureres were RoTec and Dectane. Any night shots?
