Recent Purchase - 2012 4 GTS
New to the board and recently made my first Porsche purchase. Ended up trading in my S8, which was a great car but not nearly as fun to drive as the 911. I picked it up in November, but wasn't able to get any pics before the winter wheels were put on right away. Summer wheels are stock in black. I had a hard time finding 305s for the rear this late in the season, so ended up purchasing a complete winter set. My daily driver is a 2012 S4, but I wanted to be able to drive the 911 in the cold without worrying about the summer tire performance. Not expecting to drive it in the snow, but at least I have the option.
Options include:
Bi-Xenon with PDLS
XM
Bose
Heated and ventilated seats
Nav with PCM 3.0
Sport Chrono Plus
Heated Steering Wheel
Sport PASM
Auto Dimming Mirrors
Multi-Function Steering Wheel
Finally got some snow this week, but we've had great weather this winter in MI so I've been able to get it out quite a bit. Only gripe so far is that I will be sure to use spacers for next winter on the rear. Outside of that, I love the car especially the sport exhaust.

"Looks good, I like the wheels.
Slightly off topic - what gas mileage do you get with your dd?"
Thx. I average about 23MPG combined in the S4 with about 60/40 city/highway split.

Looks great! Lovin mine as well.
As far as spacers - No Joy with CL wheels. Only option to push the wheels out it to get an aftermarket set with more aggressive offsets. I've also considered a mixed set from GT3 (Front) & RS (Rear). RS front wheels are too wide for non-RS cars, but RS rears are good for the WB cars.
VT: I've looked into lowering springs for my GTS but can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone regarding fitment. Most Springs available are made specifically for NB or WB (I assume due to added weight up front). Given that GTS is a RWD car, the assumption is that NB-springs are the ones to go, but there is also a question as to whether the GTS has firmer springs than standard Carreras as well. I'm going to be at the dealer to get Grill Screens installed in a week, so will see what they say.
