Price check on '07 997S Cab
Hey guys,
My buddy is thinking of this car. Very good condition, 27K miles and with "...over $16,000 in factory options. Options for this cab include the full leather interior, Sport Chrono Package Plus, dual heated power seats with Porsche crest headrests, black center console and floor mats, leather seatbacks and a 3-spoke sport steering wheel. Attractive 18-inch Champion wheels with colored Porsche crest wheel caps have replaced the standard Carrera S wheels and Sirius satellite radio has been added to compliment the Bose premium sound system and 6-disc CD Changer."

What do you think a fair price is? They are asking 65K.

Used Porsche prices for clean low mileage cars are up substantially since Sept of '11. Not likely that you could buy the same a year later for what you paid. As for the car in question, depends on the car of course but, the price is cetainly in the ballpark. Autotrader shows 30 '07 Cabs for sale nationwide at a low of $ 50 and a high of $ 75 k. All with 30 k miles or less. Most common prices are in the mid $60's and not all of them were "S" model cars, some were "4's" and there is one 4-S for $ 66k.
+1 for Dadio. Due to the low new car sales in the last several years, it is pulling up the Used car prices significantly. It's all a matter of supply and demand till you bump into the current new car prices!
Hi there... I just bought a 07 Carrera S cab from a private party (female), tiptronic with 37k miles... sport chrono, heated seats, nav, Sirius satellite, full leather, mint condition clean car fax second owner for $47,500. I know it was an amazing deal and I stoled it... I had to buy it just for the hell of it. Keep looking... it's out there! By the way, it was on Craigslist.
Fair not great.
I bought an 06 C4S cab, 10,000 miles, lots of upgrades (carbon) for $64K in September 2011. 1 owner.
I know I didn't get a steal but I looked for months with cash in hand and this was the best I found. I am in Canada though.
