Tpms display. How did I get to this screen? Reference pressures.
SubscribeI put the summer tires on today, drove the block to get the sensors synced with the Tpms system and on shutting down the car I brought up the typical info pressures screen, or so I thought, only to not see the typical 4wheel +- display but one that specified pressures for front and rear tires.
Anyone know how to purposely get to that screen? I was unable to get back there no matter what I tried.

OBC .. TPMS..Change variable..SET...When you change a variable and before the system begins to recalibrate (shows the red exclamation point and the yellow tire pressure warning along with the OBC recalibration comment).

The 'hidden display' screen is NOT the info pressures screen showing the pressures at the 4 wheels you folks are refering to. This screen is NOT accessible by using the stalk up-down within the TPMS menu.
The thinking is (I need to verify this when I get home) that you get there by:
1) Set new tyre type (set menu), and then the first time you go to...
2) Info pressures - you don't get the typical display of pressures at each wheel, but this reference pressures screen.
Apparently after the system has done that one (still need to verify) you don't get back to that screen again until you again change a setting. I tried that night and gave up after 5 minutes of futzing with it trying to get back to that ref. pressures screen.

A couple thoughts ... first even if you can get to it from the TPM system menus, it must be providing similar information as the BC stalk setting, and second, if it is truely within the TPM system menu, then to access it the car must be stationary.
The advantage of using the 4 tire pressure map from the BC is that it is available in real time while the car is moving, and thus one can see how the tire friction is impacting tire pressure and adjust the pressure if needed (eg at the track).

Process confirmed:
1) Set the TPMS tyre selection to something new
2) The 'info pressures' screen now displays the reference pressure (though you cannot change them there).
3) Once the TPMS recalibrates at some point you no longer get that reference screen but the normal +/- pressure screen that we are used to.
The below values should presumably be the ones for 19" summer tyres on a T4: 33psi front, 36psi rear.

I am not sure how much more you want than the steps I took that got me to the specific screen you asked about and you showed again in your p10. The other display warning lights I mentioned (flat tire, red exclamation point) happen once you begin to drive (spin the wheels).
