Carmel is infamous around these parts
PSE installed

After 700 miles of breaking in the car, I had the PSE installed on my 997 S Cab. It ups the already sweet visceral sound several notches. Not overwhelming or the primary sound within the cabin. But definitely a noticeable and pleasant difference. Onlookers take an admirable note.

With the top down and quadrophonic sound coming up from the rear, automotive nirvana is experience in this Cabriolet.

As I don't have the Chrono package there is no switch to modulate between standard exhaust and PSE. And the PSE sound is constant (by default). No drop off between 55 - 85 km/h. Beautiful and I won't have the switch installed.

Regarding Short Shift; an excellent upgrade to an already nice stick. Makes the Cab a nice transition from the CGT. Porsche did a great job on these 2 options.

Sorry no sound clips.

I am going to install PSE, and had some questions. I do not plan on installing the switch and wanted to make sure that the default mode was on.

Carmel, did you do your own install? Price if you don't mind.
