My New Ducktail!

Here is my newly installed Getty Ducktail. Thanks to Ray of ROTtec Carbon for obtaining the ducktail for me and to Matt (MZN50) in Ottawa for his valued insight from his recent ducktail experience. Overall, I'm super happy with the results. Afterall, I'm totally into anything that is a modern classic...

Interesting. Somehow it needs an "embellishment" in the duck tail fold. Perhaps a distinctive, visible Porsche signature..or some two-tone treatment. It's a bit too barn-door -plain for me, looking at it from the back. The side view is quite nice !!.

Yes, that would do it.. this nice dark stripe along the top of the rear bumper sets the tail off very well! BTW I also like the checkered flag on the side of the Cab. Beautiful!

How was the fitment? Did you have an error code after removing the OEM lid?

Fitment is great. And yes, there will be an error code when you hit the speed that the original spoiler is to rise. Just get it reprogrammed at Porsche to solve the error code.
