What cars have you raced with your 997 and didn't expect to win?

ain't that the truth...
What happens to these drivers when they see a Pcar next to them at a red light or approaching in their side mirrors?
I guess everyone thinks they're a racer and won't concede an inch of "their" space.

or maybe i just don't care to street race with every idiot that pulls up next to me.
i also know that my c2s is not a 1/4 mile machine.. nor did Porsche intend it to be such.
need a measuring stick ?
there is a nice event tmrw - june 9 (sat) for this if u live in southern california: but u 'd better bring ur A game there will be some stiff competition:

The added weight of the 2 CDs in my glovebox storage slows me down considerably.

Thinking about it i never did win one. I feel that when i am moving a a good pace and some idiot thinks he can win and starts chasing me, i slow down and let him pass. I know what me and my car can do. Im sure its fun to race but be careeful brothers there are idoits all over the place and im sure they are not worth a damaged pcar. Track is so much more fun.

A Grandma in a Prius smoked me last week. The wacknut passed me on the right in the bike lane. A few days later a Grandpa in a Prius tried to cut me off. Given the choice between a panic stop, going off the road and accelerating briskly to leave Mr. @$$hat behind, I chose the latter. You win some and you lose some. I'm finding it is best to avoid any Prius.
