How Do i access the rear shocks top mount on a Cab?

How Do i access the rear shocks top mount on a Cab?
My 08 Cab has Bilstein PSS9 coil overs. I want to access the rear shocks top mount to play with the settings. However so far i am stumped as to how to get to them 
. Any ideas?
